Culori de ulei Schmincke Mussini
La sfarsitul secolului al XIX-lea, pe cand Josef Horadam obtinea patentul pentru acuarelele fine HORADAM, destinate artistilor, Schmincke a dezvoltat un standard pentru culorile de ulei destinate, de asemenea, artistilor, sub numele de Norma. Aceste culori de ulei, fabricate fara rasina, au fost concepute si pentru a fi folosite in mediul didactic, de catre profesori si elevi.
Astazi, Norma reprezinta un punct de referinta in lumea culorilor de ulei pentru artisti, fiind intrecuta numai de gama profesionala de culori de ulei MUSSINI.
De ce culorile de ulei Mussini sunt atat de speciale? In primul rand, pentru ca Mussini sunt fabricate pe baza de rasina dammar. Procesul de fabricare este unul deosebit de sofisticat, pentru a atinge cele mai inalte standarde de calitate.
Nu mai este nevoie sa spunem ca aceste culori de ulei au in compozitie atat pigmenti traditionali, cat si pigmenti rezultati din ultimele cercetari in domeniu, toti aflati in cea mai pura forma.
Ce deosebeste gama Mussini (culori de ulei pe baza de rasina dammar) de gama Norma (culori de ulei pure si fara rasina)?
Procesul de uscare pentru culorile din gama Mussini incepe din interior. Cresterea in volum rezultata din procesul chimic de uscare a culorii la suprafata prin contactul cu oxigenul din aer, este compensata din plin de prezenta solventului continut de rasina dammar, ce se va evapora din interior.
Faptul ca acest tip de uscare a culorii este benefic, este atestat de conditia mult mai buna in care s-au pastrat lucrarile vechilor maestrii, fata de lucrarile, mai recente, Expresioniste sau Impresioniste.
O alta caracteristica unica a gamei Mussini o reprezinta adaptarea vechilor modalitati prin care mestesugarii combinau culorile de ulei cu rasina naturala.
Inca din Evul Mediu, mestesugarii foloseau in procesul de fabricare a culorilor de ulei rasini din Europa, precum masticul sau copalul. Cu ajutorul acestor rasini naturale, culorile de ulei capatau stralucire si volum sub pensula artistilor bizantini.
